Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using MedVault and the responsibilities we each have.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who provides MedVault
MedVault is provided by A3 Partners Pte Ltd, a company based in Singapore and part of the Atriverse ecosystem. These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and A3 Partners Pte Ltd. By creating an account or using MedVault, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and household
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Give us accurate information, protect your sign-in details and second factor, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for choosing who joins your household.
Household owners may invite other people who can see information in the shared household. Only invite people you trust. Owners can revoke invitations or remove access.
3. Records belonging to other people
You may upload or enter records for another person, such as a child, parent, or family member you care for, only when you have that person’s permission or another lawful right or authority to handle their information. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent and for using the information appropriately.
4. MedVault is not medical advice
MedVault is an information and organisation tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or substitute for a doctor or other qualified professional. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
Automated extraction and AI-generated explanations can be incomplete, misleading, or wrong. Always check the original document and seek professional advice before making decisions about diagnosis, medicines, treatment, diet, or care. Do not ignore or delay professional advice because of something shown in MedVault.
MedVault is not an emergency service. If you think someone may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use MedVault unlawfully or to violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Upload records you do not have permission or authority to handle.
- Try to access another household, account, document, system, or network without authorization.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls, except for good-faith security research conducted under our published security-reporting guidance.
- Introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use MedVault to harm, threaten, defraud, or mislead anyone.
- Use output as a substitute for professional medical judgment or represent AI output as a verified medical conclusion.
6. Your content
Your uploaded documents, messages, profile information, and other content remain yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, process, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and provide MedVault and the features you request. This includes sending relevant content to the processors named in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to normal backup aging and records we lawfully retain.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep MedVault available and reliable, but the service may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable. We may add, remove, or modify features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not promise that every feature, integration, notification, extraction, or stored format will always be available.
8. Service provided “as is”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedVault is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that AI output, extracted values, reminders, trends, citations, or emergency information will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A3 Partners Pte Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or savings arising from use of or inability to use MedVault. We are not responsible for medical decisions, missed emergencies, or harm caused by relying on an extraction or AI response instead of the original record and qualified medical advice.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MedVault at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created a security or legal risk, harmed another person, or used the service abusively. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
11. Deletion
You can delete individual documents in the app and delete your account directly from Settings. Sole owners delete their household and its records; non-owner members leave the household while its records remain with the owner. If you cannot sign in, follow the email process on our account deletion page. Deletion removes live stored files and associated records, while backup copies age out through the provider’s normal cycle. Limited de-identified security records may remain to preserve the integrity of the audit trail. See the Privacy Policy for details.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MedVault or the law changes. We will update the date above and provide appropriate notice of material changes. If you continue using MedVault after updated terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to A3 Partners Pte Ltd at support@atriverse.com. Security issues should be reported through the process on our Security page.
